The project is to implement Green Consumption Plan in New Taipei City. New Taipei City continued to promote green consumption and apply sustainable development seminars around the government agencies and civil society, the government encourage green consumption behavior and thus unite the citizens’ enthusiasm for the protection of the planet, then achieve environmental goals and environmental protection in the root of life. For green procurement, this project adds additional operation course to maintain a good rate of green procurement. On the other hand, to promote the folk green procurement and publicity work, apart from expanding 80 grocery stores, the government also counseled the first guild-type green store to increase green purchasing ability. It also plans a new business model, combined with the mass-market industry to continue to expand the propaganda auxiliary guide effect; in addition, 23 hotels were recruited to join the New Taipei City Environmental Inn program, the growth rate reached 110%, this will definitely enhance public environmental opportunities and willingness. We also help to recruit five for the green shops and voluntary recruitment of the green procurement amount of enterprise recruitment, and it gradually deepens the folk green procurement capacity. With the help of the Committee on sustainable development, the government also allows experts and scholars to meet with community builders, expand the policy and practice as a communication level, so that the sustainable policy can be accelerated implementation and improve New Taipei city become a livable, health and sustainability city.
